Refund and Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Customized Items:
Customized items, including but not limited to personalized products, engraved items, or any product altered to your specifications, are not eligible for exchange or refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming customization, as these items are final sale.

4. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

Sale or clearance items

Items with signs of wear or damage (unless defective)

5. Processing Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
